OK? — Safety & Wellness Alert stores all app settings and check-in history locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data immediately.

Server-Side Logs

Alert delivery logs (timestamp, status, alert type — not your personal details) are retained for up to 90 days then automatically deleted. You can request early deletion at any time.

Delete Data Stored on Your Device

On your iPhone, press and hold the OK? — Safety & Wellness Alert app icon until a menu appears.

Tap "Remove App" from the menu.

Tap "Delete App" to confirm. This removes the app and all locally stored data from your device.

Request Server-Side Deletion Assistance

If you want help confirming removal or have a specific deletion request, email us at support@okcheck.app with the following details:

Subject: "OK? Data Deletion Request"
Your app profile email (only if you provided one in the app)
A brief description of what you want deleted

We may request minimal information to verify the request. We will process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
