These Terms of Service govern your use of the OK? Team iOS app and this website. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.
OK? Team provides scheduled team check-ins, SOS emergency alerts, a real-time dashboard, team messaging, CSV export, and window-based check-in tracking. Features may change over time to improve reliability and user experience.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with applicable laws and platform requirements. Users must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
OK? Team will attempt to send push notifications and emails when a check-in is missed or an SOS is triggered. Delivery can be affected by network availability, device settings, email provider filtering, or other external factors. OK? Team is not an emergency service and does not guarantee delivery or response. In a life-threatening emergency, contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911).
Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy. Location data is only collected during an SOS or missed check-in event, and is never tracked during normal use.
OK? Team offers a free version and optional paid subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual) processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
The app, website, and associated content (including text and design) are owned by OkCheck.app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
OK? Team allows users to send messages, check-in notes, and SOS alerts within teams. By submitting content through the app, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your content complies with these guidelines.
Prohibited content. You may not post, send, or transmit content that:
Reporting messages. Long-press any message in a team chat and select "Report Message". This opens a pre-filled email to team@okcheck.app, which is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
Reporting a member. In the Team Member list, long-press any member's name and select "Report Member". This opens a pre-filled email to team@okcheck.app so our team can review and take appropriate action. You may also contact us directly at that address at any time.
Blocking a user. Long-press any message or member and select "Block Sender" or "Block Member". The blocked user's messages and activity are hidden from your view immediately. Blocked users are not notified of the block. Review and remove blocks anytime in Settings → Safety → Blocked Users.
Review process. All reports submitted to team@okcheck.app are reviewed by OK? Team moderators within 24 hours. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may remove content, issue a warning, suspend or terminate the offending account, or report the matter to law enforcement if required by law.
You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or discontinue access to the service if required for security, compliance, or maintenance reasons.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates when the latest version took effect.
