Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Choose the method that works best for you.

Open the OK? Team app on your iPhone.

Tap Settings (gear icon) in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion when prompted. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
If you can't access the app, email us with your request. Include the email address
associated with your OK? Team account.

What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email address)
- All check-in records and history
- All team messages and check-in notes you've sent
- Your device push token
- Any SOS or location data associated with your account
- Your team membership records
Retention timeline: Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted from our
AWS DynamoDB servers within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
Data is not recoverable after deletion.
