Check-ins
Open the OK? Team app and tap the large Check In button on the home screen. You'll receive a push notification reminder 5 minutes before your check-in window closes. Once you tap, your status is instantly updated on the team dashboard.
Your team leader sets one or more daily check-in windows (time slots). Each window has a start time and a grace period. If you don't check in before the window closes, you'll be marked as Missed and your leader will be notified. The dashboard shows your status for each window separately.
Your team leader receives an immediate push notification and email alert. The app will also attempt to share your last known GPS location with your leader so they can confirm you're safe. Your status on the dashboard is marked as Missed for that window.
Yes. When you check in, you can optionally add a short note (e.g., "Running 10 min late" or "At the site"). Notes are visible to your team leader on the dashboard.
SOS & Emergencies
Tap the red SOS button on the home screen. You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, an emergency alert is immediately sent to your team leader via push notification and email, including your current GPS coordinates.
No. In a life-threatening emergency, always contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the US) first. OK? Team SOS is a supplement — it notifies your team leader — but is not a monitored emergency dispatch system. Delivery is not guaranteed if you have no internet connection.
Your current GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) are sent to your team leader only. Location is never shared during normal check-ins — only on SOS or missed check-in events. Location data is not shared with third parties.
Notifications
Try these steps:
  • Go to iPhone Settings → OK? Team → Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled.
  • Check that Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is not blocking alerts.
  • Make sure your internet connection is active.
  • Log out and back in to the app to refresh your push token.
  • If the issue persists, email team@okcheck.app.
Yes. OK? Team automatically adjusts all check-in window times to each member's local device timezone. Notifications and reminders are delivered at the correct local time for each member.
Team Management
After logging in, tap Create Team on the home screen. Set a team name and icon. You'll receive a unique invite code. Share this code with your members — they can join via Join Team in the app.
As team leader, go to the Members tab, tap the member's name, and select Remove Member. The member will be removed immediately and will no longer appear on the dashboard.
Team leaders can export check-in history as a CSV file. Go to the Dashboard, tap the export icon, select your date range, and tap Export CSV. The file can be opened in Google Sheets, Excel, or any spreadsheet app.
Subscription & Billing
The Free Version includes unlimited check-ins, SOS emergency alerts, the team dashboard, push notifications, and Privacy-First location sharing — no credit card required.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → OK? Team and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your OK? Team purchase, and select Request a Refund.
